Anita Malik is the Group CHRO at Jakson Group, where she leads the Group’s people strategy, culture transformation, leadership development, talent management, and employee experience agenda.

With over 25 years of experience across diverse sectors including IT, ITES, Manufacturing, and Renewable Energy, Anita has built a distinguished career driving business growth through people-centric transformation. She is recognized for designing and implementing robust HR strategies that align talent and culture with organizational goals, while fostering high-performance, future-ready organizations.

Prior to joining Jakson Group, Anita held HR leadership roles with CK Birla Group, IBM, and Satyam Computers

Anita holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Delhi. She has also completed her Post Graduate Executive Diploma in Management (HR) from XLRI Jamshedpur.
