Harshit Kakkar is an entrepreneur and sustainability advocate transforming India’s textile recycling landscape. He is the founder of HSN Ecotex, HSN Machinery, and the Global Alliance for Textile & Sustainability (GATS). Under his leadership, HSN operates at the heart of one of the world’s largest recycled yarn and fibre ecosystems in Panipat.

HSN is recognized for pioneering textile-to-textile recycling, colour-recycled yarn and fibre production—saving millions of litres of water, reducing carbon emissions, and advancing circular manufacturing.
