Mr. Do Ngoc Sy is Sustainability Manager for Asia Pacific at JDE Peet’s, where he leads sustainability and responsible sourcing programmes across coffee-producing countries in the region. With more than 25 years of experience in rural development and the coffee sector, he has worked extensively on sustainable agriculture, certification, farmer livelihoods, and supply chain resilience. Prior to joining JDE Peet’s and Mondelez International, he served as Vietnam Manager for the 4C Association, supporting the development of verified and sustainable coffee supply chains in Vietnam.
