Prabakaran S has a total banking experience of 24+ years with scaling business franchises, deepening customer penetration, and delivering sustained revenue growth across SME, corporate, and agri segments across ICICI, HDFC Bank and currently heads MSME, Rural lending business along with priority sector lending with RBL Bank Ltd.

In his current role he oversees the pan India business for the above segments and has special interest in building sustainable, cash flow linked business model in the rural eco system.
