Pramit Chanda is the Global Director of IDH Solutions and a member of the Outcome Management Team at IDH, leading the development of market-based solutions that strengthen sustainable and resilient supply chains worldwide. He brings over 30 years of international leadership experience spanning sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain transformation, sustainability, and business operations across the apparel, agriculture, and consumer goods sectors. Previously, Pramit led global cotton and textiles programs at IKEA and IDH, working with brands, manufacturers, governments, and investors to drive responsible sourcing, traceability, decarbonization, and supplier capability development at scale.
