Sonvi A. Khanna leads the Social Compact in India, a multi-stakeholder platform that helps businesses build more inclusive systems for workers engaged informally in formal industry, by bringing the lived experience of these workers to reimagining business systems for current and long term sustainability. With over 18 years of experience in the impact sector, Ms Khanna has previously served as a philanthropy advisor at Dasra and worked in research with the International Center for Research on Women (India). She holds a Master’s in International Relations from the University of Warwick and a Leadership Program Certificate from Harvard Business School.
